Painting contest 2022
Today, tomorrow, beyond tomorrow – The brain of the future
The winners of this year’s painting competition “Today. Tomorrow. Beyond Tomorrow. – The Brain of the Future.” have been found.
More than 220 girls and boys from the third and fourth classes of Bochum primary schools sent collages, pictures and collaborative works to take part in the painting competition, which had been announced by the SFB 874 together with the International Graduate School of Neuroscience of the Ruhr-Universität Bochum.
The competition was divided into two categories: There were class winners as well as individual winners.
We would like to thank all participating pupils for their great pictures.
Prizes will be awarded as part of the Graduation Day 2022 which takes place on December 2nd, 2022.

Book – Pupils’ competition 2018 and 2019
As part of a painting competition (2018) and a writing competition (2019), pupils at schools in Bochum dealt with the topic of feelings from different perspectives. The book: „Das ewige Hi(rn) und Her(z) der Gefühle“ was created from the collected images and texts.
